Mr. William (Bill) Gillette founded LogiLube, LLC in 2013 and is the president and chief executive officer. Bill has over 35 years of experience in designing and developing product solutions that create investor value. He has proven product development expertise in platform-based design, applying technology, and user centric solutions to create market differentiated systems. Along with industrial product design and leading engineering development teams, he also has an extensive background in design-for-manufacturing (DFM) principles focused on creating innovative product solutions that deliver a compelling market value.

 

Bill has worked in a variety of industries including Medical, Consumer Electronics, Automotive, and Energy. Bill gained nearly six years of industry experience working for divisions of Unisys, Bausch & Lomb, and Allegheny Technologies, applying innovative product development methodologies to generate highly differentiated new product platforms. For a decade, Bill founded and managed The IDEA Group, a New York-based design and engineering consultancy focused on rapid product development for a wide breadth of Fortune 100 clients.

 

Bill is an innovator, teacher and gifted speaker. He led the creation of an award-winning innovative self-powered engine health system utilizing thermal electric generator (TEG) energy harvesting technology as the founder of Logimesh Technologies, LLC. He was an adjunct professor at Syracuse University where he taught senior and graduate level courses in “Manufacturing Processes and Materials.” He also served as an Advisory Board Member for the Reh Center for Entrepreneurship at Clarkson University.

 

Bill earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering at Clarkson University and earned a certificate in Composite Design from MIT.

D. William Getsie

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. David (Bill) Getsie joined LogiLube in May 2014 as Chief Financial Officer. He has over 45 years of experience in finance and accounting leadership positions. He has worked in both $3+ billion business units and startup environments.

 

After starting his career as a financial analyst at IBM’s semiconductor manufacturing facility in Burlington, Vermont, Bill progressed thru several mid-level and executive management positions in both domestic and international locations. His career led him to live and work in Tokyo, Japan, where he led financial operations as controller for the $3.4 billion personal computer business unit, which was operating in eight Asia Pacific regions. Bill guided a multinational team of more than sixty financial staff, while managing all aspects of financial. He also facilitated the opening of PC assembly plants in Singapore and Shenzhen, China. Upon returning to the U.S.A. in 1998, he became the director of finance for IBM’s $1.6 billion Printing Systems Division, ultimately facilitating the sale of the business unit by providing strategic profit and operational efficiency projections. With Bill’s multiple successes at IBM, he was recruited to lead financial operations for WildCharge, a startup technology firm in Boulder, Colorado. As controller and interim CFO, he ensured regulatory compliance by implementing, monitoring and maintaining the entire corporate accounting and compliance processes within the startup. He also enabled operations by assisting in raising of $21M in funding and served as point of contact for creditors and investors.

 

Bill received his Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University and a Master’s Degree in Management Science from the State University of New York.

Dr. Sarvjit Gill

HGMT, LLC, Co-Founder and CEO

Dr. Sarvjit Gill is an ENT-otolaryngologist with a special interest in thyroid and parathyroid surgery and has been in practice for more than 20 years. He is a senior partner at Alpine Ear, Nose and Throat (Fort Collins, Colorado) and a partner and developer of the Loveland Surgery Center (Loveland, Colorado). He was the Surgical QI Chairman and Past Surgery Department Chairman at McKee Medical Center, Loveland, Colorado. Dr. Gill is affiliated with multiple hospitals in the Northern Colorado, including Heart of the Rockies Regional Medical Center and McKee Medical Center.

Dr. Gill was one of the first surgeons in the U.S. to perform robotic head and neck surgery utilizing the DaVinci surgical system. He was the Medical Director for both Apollonia LLC and St. Renatus LLC. He is the co-founder of HGMT, LLC, a medical device development company.

 

Dr. Gill attended the University of Utah where he received his B.S. in Biology in 1988. In 1986 he received a Health Professions Scholarship at Harvard University. He received his M.D. from the George Washington University School of Medicine (Washington D.C.) in 1992. Dr. Gill was a guest researcher at the National Institutes of Health (Bethesda, Maryland) from 1988 to 1992. He did his residency in Head and Neck Surgery at Washington University, St Louis, and was Chief Resident from 1997-98. Dr. Gill joined the LogiLube team as an Advisory Board Member in April 2017.

Mr. Brian J. Hepp

Mr. Brian J. Hepp brings over 20 years of business, investment, value creation and entrepreneurial experience to LogiLube. He is currently CEO, President and a board member for privately held Blackfox, LLC. He has been the president of Blackfox since 1999 and is also a board member or Chairman for all subsidiaries, one non-Blackfox company, and one foundation.

 

He has a business, economic, and investing background which contributes to his abilities to make sound investing decisions. For 16 years, Mr. Hepp has been an investor and member of the board for M2M Data Corporation (Centennial, Colorado), the largest machine-to-machine remote monitoring company in the North American oil and gas midstream market segment with over 14,000 installations monitoring natural gas compression equipment. Mr. Hepp led the effort to spin off M2M Data Corporation, which was eventually purchased by Caterpillar in July 2016. Mr. Hepp has created a successful software-as-a-service (SaaS) company serving the pharmaceutical industry. The Denver-based firm is experiencing rapid growth and value creation based on long-term SaaS business model. He also has been recently certified as a Strategic Intervention Coach.

 

Mr. Hepp received a Bachelor of Liberal Arts degree, with emphasis in Economics, History, and Anthropology, from Colorado State University. He enjoys traveling, fly fishing, boating and wakeboarding with his family and friends. Mr. Hepp joined the LogiLube team as an Advisory Board Member in June 2016.

Mr. James Caldwell

University of Wyoming, Head of Computer Science Department
Predictive Data Analytics, Decision Logic Modeling Expertise

Mr. James Caldwell brings over 35 years of computer science background to LogiLube. He is currently the head of the Computer Science Department at the University of Wyoming where he has served as a professor since 1998. He received a Bachelor of Science and Master's Degree in Computer Science from the State University of New York-Albany. In 1998, he earned his Ph.D. from Cornell University. Prior to the University of Wyoming, Mr. Caldwell served various computer scientist positions at NASA Langley Reserach Center, General Electric Corporate Research and Development, and Phoenix Data Systems.

 

He is the author and/or co-author of a number of distinguished publications on subjects ranging from secure database access to logic based programming. In 2008, Mr. Caldwell was a visiting professor at the School of Computer Science at University of St. Andrews, United Kingdom.
