SmartOil’s patented predictive analytic system saves one customer hundreds of thousands of dollars! While monitoring the engine oil temperature measured by a SmartOil unit installed on a 5,000 hp natural gas fired engine, a LogiLube engineer observed abnormal oil temperature behavior that had NOT been observed by traditional sensors or routine visual inspections. Mechanical system failures resulted in as much as an 18% reduction of gas production, or roughly equivalent to 5.4 MCF/day (Million Cubic Feet/day) reduction in gas product flow.
